Everything at these places isn't going to be the wisest choice, but if you ask for a little help from your server and choose properly you can get out of the house, get some great food, and do it without the guilt, because we've found the options that will make your mouth happy, your wallet smile, and your doctor proud.

HEALTHY OPTIONS: Tuna on a bed of rice (WAY better than it sounds), grilled avodaco appetizer, lean New York Strip, grilled quail (best food in Shreveport).
CHEAT DAY: Chickenfried steak of course.
Flying Heart Brewery
HEALTHY OPTIONS: Greek (those people live FOREVER) salad with chicken, Mediterranean Pizza (pesto, olives, red onions, feta and banana peppers).
CHEAT DAY: Meat Jeffro (sausage, bacon, pepperoni... I skip the green peppers)

Have you noticed that the Greeks and the Italians live for freaking ever? It's that Mediterranean diet thing. They don't do it on purpose, it's just that they have a ton of lean fish, and... wait for it... clean olive oil and wine. So we aren't saying you'll live longer if you become a We Olive regular, but we're saying you'll live longer if you become a We Olive regular. ;-) Seriously though, their longevity is prima facie evidence that the way they eat is the way to go.
